Australia-wide postage will cost between $4 - $20 (excluding teepees) depending on the weight which is calculated at checkout.  International shipping is also available.   Costs will be calculated at checkout once you have entered your address details but before you commit to purchase.

Registered Mail is provided as standard on all purchases over $50 within Australia.  If you would like Registered Mail on a purchase under $50 or for international delivery please contact us prior to placing your order and we will arrange it at an extra cost ($3 within Australia).  Without this, the parcel may not be subject to tracking or reimbursement if it goes missing in transit. We are not liable or packages that go missing after being posted.  Please ensure you have a safe place for the package to be left if you won't be at the delivery address and especially if it is a larger item and visible from the street.  

Likewise, if you just can't wait to receive your Brown Paper Package and would like Express Postage, please contact us.  

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times and generally, all orders received prior to 11am are sent on the same day, after 11am they are sent the following day.

For our Australian customers, we have a couple of items which come direct from our Artisans overseas, and are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We give the maximum timings with each product but as we can’t control overseas mail systems please be aware it may take a day or two longer. Parcels usually arrive sooner but we like to please rather than disappoint so we give the maximum timings. Most items are in stock here at Brown Paper Packages so they will only take a couple of days to arrive. If there is no delivery timing noted they should arrive by Australia Post’s standard delivery time to your area. Delivery timings on each item are for Australian customers. Overseas customers may contact us for their delivery timings. Please let us know if there is something you need urgently and we will do our best to please.

Please also be aware that if one or more products in your order is coming to you from another country they may arrive separately and at different times based on the delivery time noted on the product description.

If we become aware of a delay in the postage time we will contact you by email.

Tee Pees are sent by courier at a cost of $34, Australia-wide.

We don't ship to all countries at this stage.  Please contact us if you would like shipping to a country that is not currently available and we will be happy to add it. 

Tied Up With String…

Packaging is an important part of our presentation. We provide free gift wrapping and our packages arrive beautifully wrapped and presented. Due to size, tee pees and large prints won’t be gift wrapped but will be protectively packaged. The gift isn’t for you? Let us know and we can write a message on the accompanying gift tag and send it to the lucky recipient. Please be sure to let us know their address details otherwise we will send the package to address that is entered at check-out.
